How do I clean bamboo, silicone, and stainless-steel products?
Silicone: Dishwasher safe (top rack), sterilizer safe, or wash with warm soapy water.
Bamboo: Handwash only with mild soap and water. Avoid soaking, dishwasher, or sterilizer use to keep the bamboo strong and long-lasting.
Stainless Steel: Dishwasher safe, sterilizer safe, or wash with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly to maintain shine and prevent water spots.
Can the products withstand high temperatures?
Our silicone and stainless-steel products are heat-resistant, making them safe for use with warm food and easy sterilisation. Bamboo products should be kept away from prolonged heat and microwaves.
Do your products encourage self-feeding?
Yes! Our designs are lightweight, easy to hold, and thoughtfully shaped to encourage babies to develop independence and confidence while learning to self-feed.
Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely! Many of our products can be personalised with names or custom text. Just add your details in the โPersonalisationโ box before checkout. Extra cost is involved.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns due to product hygiene, so please choose carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and weโll happily resolve it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1โ2 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days extra for personalised items. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3โ8 business days, while express shipping takes 1โ3 business days.
