We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Please note: All purchases made during our Stocktake Clearance Sale are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for these items unless they are faulty or damaged.

 

Returns

  • Change of mind return is not acceptable.
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Personalised or engraved items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cutebabytreasures.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will be entitled to pay $11 flat rate return shipping fee for Return & Refund.
  • Shipping fees and transaction fees (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal, Visa) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order included a free gift and you’re returning the item that qualified for it, the gift must also be returned in unused condition and original packaging. If you’d like to keep the gift, its retail price will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Change of mind refund is not acceptable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees and personalised items are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
